What is your return policy?
Turkish cotton gets softer and more absorbent with every wash, so we encourage you to wash your towels a few times. If you still don't love it, send it back within 30 days of purchase, even after washing, no questions asked. After 30 days we can't offer a refund or exchange.
How do I make a return?
Mail your return with your receipt or proof of purchase to The Riviera Towel Company, 17 W. Gutierrez St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101. You can also bring it to our shop at the same address.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay the cost of shipping your return, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from it. We recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, because we can't guarantee we'll receive a return without tracking.
My refund hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, since refunds can take a little time to post. If you still haven't received it, email us at Info@RivieraTowel.com or call 805-560-1571.
Can I change or cancel my order instead?
