We offer two kinds of wholesale. If you're a retailer who would like to create a retail wholesale account you can find us on Fair or just email us with your Resale License. Or if you're a Promotional Products distributor you can set up an account on RivieraGift.com. If you are PPAI or ASI member you can sign up to create an account with us. Turkish Towels make the perfect corporate gifts as you can customize our Turkish towels by embroidering a logo or brand name. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email, or by phoning the office. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $10 for repacking and postage.

All towels and blankets are pre-washed for extra softness but we do recommend washing all bedding and towel products before the first use.
How to wash and care for any product?
How to wash and care for any product?
For best care machine-wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Do not wash our colored towels with whites, as the dye has been known to run. Avoid the use of bleach, and tumble dry on low to keep your towels soft and absorbent. Dry in a shady place, if dried in direct sunlight it may cause the colors to fade quicker.

What is Riviera Towel’s return policy?
Orders must be returned within 14-days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Items must also be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
Sale and Seconds items are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds may be provided to the original form of payment. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase). Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Once returns are received and processed by the Riviera Towel Company Team, refunds may take 5-10 days to reflect. This is dependent on the form of payment used.
