Can I order wholesale?
Yes. Retailers can order through Faire or email us with your resale license. Promotional products distributors (PPAI or ASI members) can open an account on RivieraGift.com, where you can also customize towels with an embroidered logo or brand name. What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Google Pay.
How do I use a promo code?

Where are your products made?
Our towels, clothing and blankets are made in Turkey from 100% Turkish cotton.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email or call us. Orders returned because of an incorrect address are charged a $10 repacking and postage fee.
Should I wash my towel before using it?
Our towels and blankets are pre-washed for softness, but we recommend washing them once before first use.
How do I care for my towel?
Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Don't wash colored towels with whites, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low. Dry in the shade to keep colors bright. Full care guide.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unwashed, unused and in original condition. Sale and seconds items aren't eligible. Refunds go to the original payment method; shipping fees aren't refundable. Refunds can take 5–10 days to appear once we've processed your return.
