$50 Gift Card Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor. The Riviera Towel Company, 17 W. Gutierrez St. (at State St.), Santa Barbara, CA 93101.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry period. The giveaway begins October 31, 2026 and runs month to month until the Sponsor ends it. Each calendar month is a separate entry period, from 12:00 a.m. PT on the 1st to 11:59 p.m. PT on the last day of the month (the first period runs October 31 through November 30, 2026).

4. How to enter. Scan the QR code or visit rivieratowel.com/pages/win (also linked at linktr.ee/rivieratowel) and submit your email address. Limit one entry per person per monthly period. Optional bonus entry: entrants who give their Instagram username on the entry form and follow @rivieratowel on Instagram by the end of the monthly period receive one (1) additional entry in that period. Following is not required to enter or win, and the Sponsor will check follows by hand before the drawing.

5. Prize. One (1) winner each monthly period receives a $50 Riviera Towel Company gift card, redeemable at rivieratowel.com or at our Santa Barbara shop. Approximate retail value: $50. Gift cards have no cash value, are not transferable, and no substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor at its discretion.

6. Drawing. Within 7 days after each monthly period ends, the Sponsor will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries received during that period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Notification. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Taxes. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Privacy and marketing. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from The Riviera Towel Company. You may unsubscribe at any time. Information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

10. General. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or undelivered entries, and may cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its integrity. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, Linktree or Shopify. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability related to the giveaway.

11. Winner list. For the name of a monthly winner, email Info@RivieraTowel.com within 30 days after that period's drawing.
